Morris County Vocational School District will hold two free information sessions in Rockaway this October for eighth-grade students and their parents or guardians.
The Academy for Performing Arts session is scheduled for Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Morris Knolls High School, 50 Knoll Drive. Families can learn about the academy’s dance and musical theater majors.
The Academy for Math, Science & Engineering session will run Tuesday, October 27, 2026, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Morris Hills High School, 520 West Main Street. The four-year program is designed for students interested in engineering.
District event pages say both sessions will cover the academy course of study and admissions process. Students and families can also meet current students and tour academy classrooms.
Both events are in person, free, and require advance registration. The two academies are full-time Morris County Vocational School District programs located in Rockaway, NJ.
