Rockaway Township has scheduled two free makeup concerts for September at the Park Lake Gazebo after earlier summer dates were rescheduled.
Rosewood Band will perform classic rock and roll on Sunday, September 13, 2026, from 3 to 5 p.m. The show replaces the group’s July 5 date.
Jersey Sound will follow on Thursday, September 17, from 6 to 7:45 p.m. The band is billed to play old favorites for dancing, replacing its August 16 appearance.
Both concerts are part of the 2026 Rockaway Gazebo Summer Concert Series. The outdoor shows are scheduled for the Park Lake Gazebo on Mount Hope Road in Rockaway Township and are weather permitting.
The Township’s updated flyer lists both concerts as free. It does not list tickets or advance registration.
Residents should check conditions before leaving. The Rockaway Township Recreation Department hotline at 973-983-2853 is updated only when there is a schedule change.
The makeup dates give Rockaway and Morris County residents two more chances to hear live music at the gazebo this September.
