White Meadow Lake Festival Days returns to the White Meadow Lake community in Rockaway Township from Thursday, July 16 through Sunday, July 19, 2026. The four-day summer tradition is organized by the White Meadow Lake POA Festival Day Committee and has been a fixture in Rockaway, NJ for more than 40 years.
The festival fills the long weekend with family activities. Carnival rides open Thursday, July 16 at 5:30 p.m., alongside food vendors, a DJ, and evening games like Music Bingo and Name That Tune. Across the weekend, residents can take in a parade and float contest, a 5K race, the popular kayak and canoe race, a volleyball and sand castle contest, and a MarketPlace where dozens of vendors sell goods and services.
Live music anchors the WML Palooza, with three acts on the bill this year: an acoustic set by Dean Cramp, The John Oakes Band, and the UptownBoogie Band. The weekend closes with the festival’s well-known fireworks finale.
On Sunday, free bus transportation runs from eight locations around the lake. Parking near the clubhouse is limited and many surrounding streets are marked no parking, so the committee encourages riders to take the bus.
Festival Days is run for White Meadow Lake residents, with the committee led by chairperson Ilene Horowitz. Full schedules, vendor and 5K applications, and parking details are posted at wmlfestivaldays.com.
